1. Information on how to enter and the Prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). Entry and participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and an acknowledgement of their binding effect.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who:

3. For the avoidance of doubt, all references to time in the Terms shall be construed as Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. The ‘Have a Crack for Crash Promotion’ (Promotion) will be conducted at the Caulfield Racecourse in Station Street, Caulfield East, Victoria 3145 (Location) on 11 October 2025 and 18 October 2025 (Relevant Days).
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (which includes but is not limited to Victoria Amateur Turf Club (Incorporating The Melbourne Racing Club) ABN 96 267 203 634) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe is not an Eligible Entrant, has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, has breached the Release Form, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Entries into the Promotion commence at 10.30AM on 11 October 2025 and close at 6.00PM on 18 October 2025 Promotional Period). Entries into the Promotion are only valid on the Relevant Days.
9. To enter, each Eligible Entrant must complete an entry form (including their full name, mobile number and email address) provided to them by the Promoter and then present themselves to a Promoter customer service staff member at the Promotion registration tent for verification. If the Promoter deems the entry to be valid and the entrant therefore an Eligible Entrant, the individual can then line up and receive one (1) entry to participate in the Promotion (defined below).
10. Each Eligible Entrant can only enter to participate one (1) time on each of the Relevant Days of Promotion. If an Eligible Entrant has been deemed a Winner of the Promotion on 11 October 2025, that Eligible Entrant is not eligible on to participate on 18 October 2025.
11. The registration tent will be located at Gate 2 at the Location and will operate from, 10.30am until 6pm on the Relevant Days. Upon the Promoter deeming their entry valid, Eligible Entrants must join the designated line as instructed by the Promoter immediately to make their attempt. If any Eligible Entrant does not take their place in the line immediately following the Promoter deeming their entry valid, their entry in the Promotion for that date shall be deemed forfeited and the individual shall forgo any and all rights, title and interest in the Prize.
12. Eligible Entrants shall kick a soccer ball designated to them by the Promoter from behind a line defined by the Promoter. Each Eligible Entrant can only kick the ball once. If the soccer ball subsequently lands into and remains settled in the ‘super goal’ target area, as designated by the Promoter, the Eligible Entrant will be deemed successful and a winner (Winner).
13. The Eligible Entrant must only kick the soccer ball designated to them by the Promoter and only when instructed to do so by the Promoter. The Eligible Entrant may only make contact with the soccer ball with their foot once. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Eligible Entrant makes contact with the soccer ball more than once or uses an object or body part other then their foot to strike or make contact with the soccer ball, then their entry shall be rendered invalid, and any right, title or interest they may have in the Prize shall be forfeited.
The total prize money pool for the Promotion is $100,000 (AUD) (Prize). The Prize shall be shared equally between the number of Winners across the entirety of the Promotional Period. For example, if ten (10) Eligible Entrants are deemed Winners, the Pool shall be equally distributed between ten (10) Winners ($10,000 per person). For the avoidance of doubt, the total number of Winners shall only be known upon the completion of the Promotional Period at 6:00pm on 18 October 2025.
14. If no Eligible Entrants are deemed Winners, the Promoter reserves the right to create a new game of skill with the winner decided by the Promoter and the right to divide the prizemoney however it chooses.
15. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that there are inherent and obvious risks in participating in the Promotion which may cause personal injury, harm, death and property damage as a result of which the Eligible Entrant may suffer loss or losses (Losses). Eligible Entrants waive any and all claims rights and liabilities against the Promoter for any Losses sustained during their participation in the Promotion. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any Losses during their participation in the Promotion. The Promoter acknowledges that this waiver of claims, rights and liabilities does not apply to any Losses directly caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoters.
16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. As a condition of entry, Eligible Entrant’s must sign the Release Form provided to them by the Promoter.
19. The Prize will be awarded via EFT (electronic funds transfer) within twenty-eight (28) business days of being notified. Winners are responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for a banking institution reject an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
20. Total prize pool value is $100,000.
21. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable, unless otherwise specified.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an Eligible Entrant should it identify any irregularity or that the Eligible Entrant has otherwise engaged in conduct which has brought the competition into disrepute.
23. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
24. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, prohibit an Eligible Entrant’s participation in the promotion, cancel or suspend a prize or otherwise cease to provide the Prize to a Winner if the entrant or Winner (or any companion) is (in the Promoter’s opinion) under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, or behaves in a manner which may affect their ability to participate in the promotion, diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter or its products and brands, or is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
25. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
26. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
27. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) taking of the Prize.
28. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and Prize suppliers which for the avoidance of doubt includes TGI Sport Marketing (Aust) Pty Ltd (ABN 36 603 385 575) of Level 3, 510 Church St, Cremorne, VIC 3121 and Efront Pty Ltd (ABN 73 131 970 137) of 10-20 Gwynne St, Cremorne, VIC 3121.. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://helpcentre.sportsbet.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/115004971088-Sportsbet-s-Privacy-Policy. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
29.
